Scrum for Project Managers

SPM
Struggling to deliver with confidence in a Scrum environment? Scrum for Project Managers is built for project managers who are expected to meet commitments, align stakeholders, and improve predictability — without a clear roadmap for how their role fits in Agile.

Learn Scrum for Project Managers directly from the program's author! Designed in collaboration with the Scrum Alliance® by Julie Chickering, CST®, PMP, AKT — this course bridges the gap between traditional project management and modern Agile delivery.

About the Scrum for PMs Class
This interactive 8-hour course is designed for project managers working with Scrum teams — or preparing to — who want to strengthen delivery predictability and stakeholder confidence.

Designed for project managers working with or transitioning to Scrum teams, this course assumes a foundational understanding of Scrum (roles, events, and artifacts).
