Agile Training & Coaching
OUR SERVICES
At JC Agile Consulting, we know that every person, team, and organization is unique, with specific learning styles, processes, and challenges that are uniquely theirs. That's why we offer a wide variety of training and coaching services. No matter how big or small, novice or advanced, simple or complex, we have a training or consulting option to fit your needs in a variety of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
Certification Courses
We teach a variety of courses which provide certifications from the Scrum Alliance and Kanban University. All courses are available to be scheduled onsite or virtually for your team. To schedule your private course, contact us today. Many of our courses are also available for public enrollment.

Public training is ideal for individuals who want to expand their marketable skills and for organizations who have just a few employees they'd like to get trained. Check our calendar or find us on Scrum Alliance or Kanban University to see what we're teaching.

Courses include the ever-popular Certified ScrumMaster, Advanced Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner classes, and the dual-certification course Scrum Better with Kanban.
Onsite Services
Our onsite services are ideal for organizations of all sizes with one or more teams who are either currently employing Scrum or desire to. Our onsite services range from customized transformation planning and assessments to coaching and hands-on training. For more information, contact us and let us know a little about your situation.
Remote Consulting
Just looking for a little advice here and there? Our remote consulting services are available via video conference or telephone. This option is often ideal for novice ScrumMasters who need mentoring in sticky situations and for management who need a little guidance as they adjust to the nuances of working with Scrum teams.
Research conducted
at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology suggests that agile firms grow revenue 37 percent faster and generate 30 percent higher profits than non-agile companies.
